What does the £250 Back of House offer include?
BOH Essentials includes monthly support focused on menu costing and GP, supplier price checks, ordering structure, relevant BOHS tools, a regular check-in and practical recommendations. The £250 introductory rate is reduced from the intended standard price of £350 per month.
What are the three BOH support levels?
BOH Essentials is £350 per month standard, currently £250 introductory. Control & Compliance is £600 standard, currently £400 introductory. Full BOH Support is £900 standard, currently £600 introductory. The introductory rates are available to the next three venues and are fixed for their first six months.
How long is the commitment?
Back of House support and Front of House plans begin with an initial three-month commitment. This gives enough time to complete setup, understand how the venue works and judge the value properly.
Do you work on-site or remotely?
BOH support combines behind-the-scenes work with one planned site visit each month across Leicestershire and the East Midlands. Full BOH Support can include a second visit in a month where it is needed and agreed. Additional contact and review work can take place remotely.
Do I need to replace my existing systems?
Not automatically. BOHS first looks at what you already use. Existing tools can be retained where they work, improved where possible, or replaced when there is a clear benefit.
Will Front of House replace my current booking system?
It can replace a current system if the required features are covered, but compatibility and migration should be checked first. A demo is the best way to compare it with your current process.
Which Front of House plan is recommended?
Pub Plus at £79 per month is the recommended plan for busy pubs and restaurants because it includes venue branding, multiple areas, deposit and pre-order rules, marketing-list tools, reports and priority onboarding. Smaller venues may only need Starter or Pub Pro.
Is Staff Hub available now?
Yes. Staff Hub is available at £49 per venue, per month and includes clocking, rotas, holidays, staff records, training records, documents and manager visibility. A more developed Training Hub is planned as a future upgrade.
Do you only work with pubs?
No. BOHS is designed around independent pubs, food-led pubs, restaurants, cafes and other hospitality venues. The strongest local focus is Leicestershire and surrounding areas.
Do the case study savings guarantee the same result?
No. The published Stamford Arms figures are potential savings identified from the information reviewed. Actual opportunities depend on each venue’s prices, suppliers, menu and operating habits.
