Website terms
These terms apply to use of the Back of House Solutions website. Separate written terms, proposals or letters of engagement apply to paid services and software subscriptions.
Website information
The website provides general information about BOHS services and products. Content may change as services and software develop. Nothing on the website creates a service agreement or guarantees that a particular product or feature is suitable for every venue.
Prices and availability
Published prices and introductory offers may change. Scope, setup requirements, commitment and final pricing are confirmed before a customer agrees to proceed.
Results and savings
Examples and case-study figures are provided for context. Potential savings identified in a review are not guaranteed savings. Actual outcomes depend on the venue, information supplied, implementation and ongoing operating decisions.
Software and developing features
Only features described as currently available should be relied upon. Future upgrades, integrations and planned functionality may change and are not included unless confirmed in writing.
Intellectual property
Website content, BOHS branding, software screens, documents and original materials belong to Back of House Solutions or their respective owners. They may not be copied or reused commercially without permission.
External services and links
The website may link to WhatsApp, email, social media or other external services. BOHS is not responsible for the availability, security or content of third-party services.
Liability
Reasonable care is taken to keep website information accurate. To the extent permitted by law, BOHS is not responsible for loss arising solely from reliance on general website information without discussing the venue’s circumstances and agreeing a service.
